Refund policy

All wallpaper and fabric is custom manufactured and cut per order and final sale. Each order is printed on demand, and bespoke in nature. Therefore, dye lots and variations may occur across multiple orders, and buyers must appropriately order overage and sufficient coverage for their installation. 

Please reference the installation instructions included in your packaging or email info@jenniferlatimer.com for a digital copy. JLL DESIGN is not liable for improper installation or errors made by an installer. 

Please calculate pattern repeat both vertically and horizontally when planning quantity for install. 

Lighting, moisture and other climatic exposures can affect product performance and wear. It is the responsibility of the buyer to plan for site environment and order the appropriate substrate. JLL DESIGN is not liable for climatic affects. 

Should there be a defect in the product, and it has not been cut or installed, please contact JLL DESIGN within 10 business days for a replacement authorization. ***Variations in dye lot/color from order-to-order is not considered a defect.
